The Bay Approach™ utilises evidence-based psychological practice to address the root causes of pain and dysfunction. This is teamed with mindfulness meditation techniques that help to develop presence. Mindfulness and attentiveness to inner life can cultivate inner connection and lead to meaningful relationships.

Change happens through awareness and awareness happens through a deep inner enquiry. For each person, in a unique and personal way, The Bay becomes a vessel in which a profound inner connectedness and awareness can unfold.

Finding self awareness, understanding, compassion, and eventually self love, provides the foundation for healthier adaptations to develop. The harmful behaviours, that once served a purpose, are no longer viable coping strategies.

Through the pillars of awareness, meditation and connection, there is enquiry into the deeper parts of ourselves. Here we learn to acknowledge and then embrace all that we are. It is this Attending to Self that creates the movement of the heart, necessary for transformation.
