Private Residence

To assist the preservation of confidentiality during your rehabilitation, you will be provided with a private house where all practitioners and support services come to you. Each day you will have a clearly assigned schedule that we have coordinated in consultation with you.

This level of privacy ensures that you will not meet other rehabilitation clients or office staff, even by chance. Your identity will only be disclosed to staff members directly involved in your rehab or other therapeutic care. If further discretion or security is required, we are happy to accommodate your needs.

Private Treatment

Your personal information is kept strictly confidential at all times and is only disclosed on a need to know basis to authorised team members. All team members, treating therapists and support staff at The Bay are contractually bound to absolute privacy and confidentiality. This commitment is for life
